FAQs about a typical Aquaroll session:

How long does it last? For legs/feet, a duration of 15 to 20 minutes is recommended, with both feet in the tank at the same time. Following a foot massage, the client must wait a few moments before getting up and walking. For hands, a session lasting 10 to 12 minutes can be performed for the right hand, followed by a session lasting the same amount of time for the left hand.

What water temperature? The water temperature depends on the benefits and effects sought. Cold water has soothing, calming properties, particularly in the case of intense pain and inflammation, while warm water (maximum 37°C, 98.6°F) has vasodilating properties and improves the blood circulation and microcirculation, as well as lymphatic drainage. Excessively hot water must be avoided, however.

What bead agitation speed? The water and glass bead agitation speed influences the effectiveness of the treatment and the massage benefits. Fast agitation should be used for revitalizing, toning or cool-downs following sports. Slower agitation soothes and relaxes. It is obviously possible to combine the two actions in succession.
